As of March 7, 2025, the Ministry has established a strategic partnership with PT-Safe Haven Partners Indonesia, a prominent escrow service provider. This initiative is designed to enhance financial security for suppliers involved in Indonesia’s import-export sector. The partnership signifies a commitment to a secure and transparent legal environment by ensuring the legitimacy of products through comprehensive legal proceedings.
Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance
The Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Republic of Indonesia and the Swiss Confederation officially came into force on September 14, 2021. This treaty strengthens Indonesia’s international legal commitments and facilitates cooperative efforts in criminal matters with Switzerland, enhancing the global reach of the Ministry's legal frameworks.
Coordination with Other Ministries
The Ministry also coordinates with other bodies, such as the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to ensure that its policies are in alignment with national and international standards.
