Michael Todd Chrisley

Michael Todd Chrisley is an American media personality, real-estate entrepreneur, and convicted fraudster. Born on April 6, 1968, or 1969, in Georgia, he is the eldest of three sons of Elizabeth "Faye" Chrisley (née Hughes) and Gene Raymond Chrisley, a U.S. veteran. Todd Chrisley gained fame as the patriarch of Chrisley Knows Best, a popular reality television series that aired on USA Network from 2014 to 2023. The show documented the lives of the Chrisley family, primarily in Georgia and Tennessee.

Chrisley Knows Best

Chrisley Knows Best revolved around the lavish lifestyle and family dynamics of the Chrisleys. The series also spawned a spin-off titled Growing Up Chrisley, which focused on Todd's children, Chase Chrisley and Savannah Chrisley.

Legal Troubles

In August 2019, Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie Chrisley, were indicted on 12 counts, including conspiracy to commit bank fraud, wire fraud, and tax evasion. The Chrisleys were found guilty of all charges in June 2022. Subsequently, Todd Chrisley was sentenced in November 2022 to 12 years in prison.
