Super Junior

Super Junior, also known as SJ or SuJu, is a South Korean boy band formed by SM Entertainment in 2005. Initially, the group began with twelve members: Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Kangin, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, and Kibum. Kyuhyun joined the group in 2006. The band is characterized by its versatility in both music and performance, covering a wide range of genres including pop, R&B, and electronic dance music.

Super Junior-M

Super Junior-M, short for Super Junior-Mandarin, is a sub-unit aimed at the Mandarin-speaking market. The line-up includes Siwon, Donghae, Kyuhyun, and Ryeowook along with Chinese members Henry and Zhou Mi.

Musical Impact

Super Junior made a significant impact on the Hallyu wave, which refers to the increasing global popularity of South Korean culture, spearheaded by K-pop. Their third studio album, "Sorry, Sorry," released in 2009, was a monumental success and is credited with bolstering their international fame.
