Selangor is one of the 13 states of Malaysia, known by the Arabic honorific Darul Ehsan, meaning "Abode of Sincerity." Located on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia, Selangor is the most populous state in the country and serves as a significant economic and cultural hub.
