Malai Ahmad Murad was born in 1943. He pursued his higher education at the prestigious Al-Azhar University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Law. His educational journey extended to the United Kingdom, where he enrolled at Birmingham University and obtained a Diploma in Education.
