History
JYP Entertainment was established in 1997, initially gaining attention with the successful debut of the boy band g.o.d in cooperation with SidusHQ in 1999. Another major milestone in the company's history was the reality series Hot Blood Men in 2008, which led to the formation of the boy bands 2PM and 2AM. The latter was jointly managed with Big Hit Entertainment.
