Ariane de Rothschild (née Langner; born November 14, 1965) is a prominent French banker, currently serving as the CEO of the Edmond de Rothschild Group since March 2023. She is notably the first woman to hold this position within the company, which has been a significant part of the illustrious Rothschild banking family.

Ariane Langner was born in San Salvador, El Salvador. Her father, a German national, was a senior executive at the international pharmaceutical company Hoechst. Her husband, Benjamin, passed away on January 15, 2021, due to a heart attack at their home in Pregny-Chambésy, Switzerland. Despite marrying into a family with a rich Jewish heritage, Ariane did not convert to Judaism.
