Setia Alam is a prominent integrated township located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. This modern residential and commercial hub is developed by SP Setia Berhad and is renowned for its sustainable and eco-friendly initiatives. The development of Setia Alam encompasses several key projects:

  • Setia Eco Park: This is Malaysia's first eco township, spanning 791 acres and offering fully gated and guarded luxury semi-detached homes and bungalows. It has been acknowledged internationally for its masterful planning, winning the World's Best Master Plan Development at the FIABCI International Prix d'Excellence Award in 2007.

  • Setia City: A 240-acre integrated green city center development that includes the Setia City Mall, a joint venture by SP Setia and Lendlease. This shopping and leisure destination is central to the community life in Setia Alam.
