The Admiralty Islands are an archipelago located in the Islands Region of Papua New Guinea. These islands form the province known as Manus Province, which is recognized as the smallest and least populous province within the nation. The total area of the province spans approximately 2,100 square kilometers (810 square miles), with a population recorded at 60,485 during the 2011 Census.
Geography and Climate

While tourism remains minimal due to the region's remote nature, the waters around the Admiralty Islands are noted for their appeal to divers, including famed oceanographer Jean-Michel Cousteau, who explored nearby Wuvulu Island in the 1970s.
